Checkout procedures

In order for your child to get the greatest benefit from his/her education, we ask that you help by insuring a full day of instruction each day. To be counted present, a student must be here until 11:30 a.m. or check in before 11:30 a.m. A picture ID must be presented in order to check students out.

Checking students out of school is strongly discouraged after 1:15.  We do understand that at times it cannot be avoided.  If you must check your child out, please do so before 1:15, or have your student bring a check out note to the front office at the start of the school day.  With that, our office staff will note the check out time in the agenda so that your child may report to the office with minimal interruption to the class.

Following this simple guideline, will ensure a safe dismissal for all students, will minimize interruption, and maximize instruction in each classroom.  We thank you for your understanding and adherence to this procedure.
